Refund Policy

Eduntric subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law or explicitly agreed in writing during onboarding.

If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us within 7 days at support@eduntric.com with your institute details and invoice reference.
